We’ve had a fantastic four days at Penistone Dance Festival. A huge congratulations to our BAD competition team who have danced over the last two weekends, you have done yourself and your teachers proud!
An amazing 99 medals and 21 trophies won between the team over 4-days!

Well done to Abi Bridger who attended the Bird College Summer School this week. She was chosen by the teachers out of 44 other students, to be awarded the “Outstanding achievement in Jazz” award, what an amazing commendation!

40 Years of BAD!!!!
This weekend we celebrated 40 years of our dance school! Mrs Berry and Miss Rebecca thanked all the pupils and families and we all celebrated with a fantastic end of term party. There will be more celebrations later in the year but we are so proud of everything we have achieved over the past 40 years. Here is to the next 40!!!
July 2023 – CHANCE2DANCE
Our team smashed it!! So proud of everyone that performed at Alton’s Towers on the 8th and 9th July with ‘CHANCE2DANCE’, they were AMAZING!

Miss Dance of Great Britain Finals 2023
We had such an amazing day supporting Eva Mae Cadet, what a performance, we are so proud of you. You danced your heart out as always and are such a great role model for our aspiring younger pupils

June 2023 – The results are in…. DISTINCTIONS ALL ROUND!
The exam results have arrived from our recent IDTA Examination session and I’m pleased to say we have maintained our 100% pass rate and every pupil has received a distinction in their exam, a big well done to everyone involved 
I’m pleased to say the following pupils have been selected by the examiner to receive a Theatre Award Nomination and will attend the finals in Manchester in 2024;
