Special mention to Heidi who was recalled for the finals of the Tap Grades – such an amazing achievement!

Congratulations to Abi Bridger who was awarded a Special Commendation in the Contemporary Modern Jazz Performers class, finishing top 6 out of 92 incredible dancers.

We are beyond proud to announce that Abi Bridger is the Winner of the IDTA Miss Dance of Great Britain – Heat A ⭐️👏
And more amazing news… Evie Bradford has been crowned Winner of Heat B 👏✨

What a fantastic day for our Miss Dance girls! Both Abi and Evie have now qualified for the Grand Finals in June at the Winter Gardens, and we cannot wait to see them shine on that stage.

Abi and Evie will be joining Izzy Adshead, who qualified at the end of last year, making it an incredible line-up for the Miss Dance & Dance Master Grand Final 💫

IDTA Theatre Dance Awards

We had 40 pupils taking examinations and 40 pupils have received a distinction grade (85% and over) which is just amazing. A big well done to team BAD, a fantastic achievement!

Our 28 Juveniles also passed their Theatre Rosette exams with flying colours, well done to you all

21 pupils received 90 marks and over. Our top scoring pupils of this session are Nevaeh Brook and Lauren Daly, both achieving an incredible 96 marks!

An incredible day for Abi Bridger at the Laithes TDCI Championships. Winning a place in the World Performer Grand Finals 2025!!

So proud of your achievement we can’t wait to cheer you on in Blackpool next year! Not only that, Abi achieved 3rd place in the Laithes Senior Modern and 3rd place in the Laithes Senior Acro Championships!

What an incredible weekend we had at the IDTA Theatre Awards 2024, our girls definitely did us proud!

Abi, Alycia, Evie, Izzy, Niamh were all AMAZING in their classes, we are very proud teachers

Abi and Izzy both reaching the finals in all three of their subjects is just fantastic, what an achievement to finish in the top selection in every class!
