An immense congratulations to our former pupil , who took the title of Miss Burlesque Idol last week! After heats across the country, the competition hotted up at London’s Hippodrome Casino in Leicester Square with the Grande Finale.
On stage as her alter ego, Didi Derriere, Alice performed her heart out like the blonde bombshell she is, drawing from her theatrical training at Arts Educational School and of course here at Sharon Berry School of Theatre Dance. The audience loved it, and more importantly, so did the judges.
In a packed house, our lovely Alice stepped up to take that ever-important crown. Congratulations Miss Didi Derriere! We wish you all the best, and can’t wait to see what you do next.
